Returns & Exchanges

At Performance Lab, we want to ensure your high-performance gear fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Securely seal your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Our team will inspect the returned gear and process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
